The Park you’ve chosen to site your new Willerby home should take care of the registration for you, as well as any future correspondence; however, we recommend playing it safe by registering your details directly on the Willerby website. Once accepted, you’ll receive an activation email which you should keep safe in case you need it in the future.

Additional information

You should find a copy of the Willerby Owner’s Handbook inside one of the drawers upon delivery. Be sure to read and comply with any of the instructions in the handbook as any failures to do so could invalidate the warranty — so it’s best to read it thoroughly!

What does the Willerby Warranty cover?

Subject to conditions and exceptions, your Willerby home is guaranteed against manufacturing defects within the first 12 months of ownership and further details are available in the Owner’s Handbook. However, as you’ll see shortly, the Willerby warranty also extends beyond 12 months for specific items.

Chassis Warranty

We offer two principal types of chassis on our Willerby models, which is either a Painted Steel Chassis or a Fully Galvanised Chassis, please refer to page 35 in your Willerby Handbook.

For Painted Steel Chassis, the anti-corrosion warranty is two years from the date of chassis manufacture or one year from the date of sale (to end-user), whichever occurs first.

For Fully Galvanised Steel Chassis, the anti-corrosion warranty is 12 years from the date of chassis manufacture or ten years from the date of sale (to end-user), whichever occurs first.

How to Claim Under The Willerby Warranty

If you’ve spotted something , you should contact your Park operator as soon as possible, who will then pass any warranty claims to Southern Counties Leisure. Your contact at the Park should keep you updated throughout the process, so please speak with them for any updates on your claim.

You need to have the following information to give to your Park operator:

  • The model and size of your holiday home or lodge
  • Description of fault, location and photograph
  • The serial number provided on your purchase paperwork (you can also usually find this in your boiler cupboard or on the rear of your holiday home).
