Mandy Keen
Managing Director
Having established Southern Counties Leisure over 20 years ago, Mandy still has an overwhelming passion for the business. As Managing Director, she’s a constant presence for all, overseeing every aspect of the day-to-day running of the company, and certainly doesn’t shy away from getting stuck in; the result of which has seen the business grow from strength to strength.

Dave Colls
Area Sales Manager
Dave, as with a lot of our staff here at Southern Counties Leisure, started out in the Holiday Park industry early – at the age of 14, he helped out doing odd jobs such as sweeping roads, raking grass and cleaning windows. After a stint in the RAF, he decided it was time to return to his roots and has worked in nearly every area of the industry; from sales and management, all the way through to becoming a Gas Safe Engineer!

Gavin Jones
Area Sales Manager
Starting out in the industry at the age of 12 as a glass collector for an astonishing £1.15p/h, Gavin decided that the Holiday Park industry was where he needed to be! Working as the Leisure & Sales Manager at Hoburne Holidays for many years, he joined us in 2019 and absolutely loves it – and the copious cups of tea available!
Paul Molloy
Showground Manager
For Paul, the best part of his role is assisting customers with their Willerby purchase and he gets such a kick out of seeing happy customers in their new dream home. Having joined the Southern Counties Leisure team in 2015, he has a varied and extensive resume to his name.
Louise Bell
Customer Care Manager
Having worked with Southern Counties Leisure for over 13 years, Louise is the customer go-to when it comes to any aspect of aftersales care. With a background of high pressure customer service roles, she loves being able to meet a variety of faces and relishes in the day-to-day challenges that the role can provide at times.
David Goodall
Aftersales engineer
David is one of our expert engineers and is on hand should you need any assistance with maintenance or repairs.
Clare Fraser
Administration Sales and Customer Care
Clare is at the heart of things here at Southern Counties Leisure. Clare assists with all aspects of the sales process and liaises with our parks and customers to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process.
Mark Campbell
Aftersales Engineer
Mark is a valuable member of Southern Counties Leisure’s engineer team, assisting with all aspects of aftersales service and maintenance.
