The Warren Caravan park is run by Nick and Hazel Gardner. We are a 3rd generation family owned and run static caravan park in the heart of Brean right on the Somerset coast.

Our park is well maintained, peaceful and private. Our aim is to provide our customers with an excellent standard of surroundings in which they can enjoy their holiday.

The pitches are nestled between mature trees and shrubs on naturally undulating land, giving each caravan a unique viewpoint.  We have private beach access and are in easy walking distance of all the main Brean facilities and attractions.

We have 77 static pitches and the site opens mid March and closes at the end of October each year. All the caravans are privately owned and our long standing customers enjoy the family friendly and secure environment we’ve enjoyed for many years.
