We are situated in a high amenity area, with many local attractions such as Creally Adventure Park, Fleet Air Arm Museum, Haynes Motor Museum, Chard Museum, Cricket St Thomas, plus much much more only a short drive away.

A three mile drive down the road is the market town of Chard where you can find everything you need, there are small local shops, restaurants, take away and four supermarkets.

Two miles away is Barley mow’s farm shop and restaurant serving great food and selling local produce.

3/4 of a mile is the Howley Tavern pub serving good food and a nice pint.

For those shoppers the major towns of Yeovil and Taunton are just a 30 minute drive away, both these towns offer a large variety of high-street shops, bars, restaurants plus entertainment such as cinemas and ten pin bowling.

Beach lovers, the South coast is also only a 30 minute drive taking you to places such as Lyme Regis and Seaton, offering good beaches, arcades, shops and great fishing.

Or alternatively for those who just want to chill out and relax you can take advantage of our park itself and the surrounding countryside which is beautiful and great for walking and just enjoying the peace and tranquillity.
