Brook Lane is situated in the pretty village of Ferring which has plenty of shops, restaurants and friendly pubs within a five minute walk. The Park runs alongside the River Rife which winds its way to the beach about a ten minute walk away with direct access from an adjacent footpath.

The park offers breathtaking views across the countryside and is just a short distance from the South Downs National Park. The closest towns are Worthing to the East and Chichester to the West.
